What You’ll Do :

Manage multiple animation projects from concept to delivery—on time & on budget.

Collaborate with creative teams and producers to streamline workflows.

Provide clear updates to leadership, flag risks early, and keep projects on track.

Improve systems and processes as we scale.

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of project management experience in animation, games, or creator-led IP.

Strong communicator with experience working closely with creative teams.

Proficiency in tools like Linear, Google Docs, and Slack.

Startup or small-team experience is a plus.
