We’re looking for a results-driven, consultative B2B Sales Executive who understands the tech-retail ecosystem and can sell to modern retailers (jewelry, apparel, multi-store chains). You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle using Tagway’s defined sales process, with a strong focus on problem statement discovery, stakeholder mapping, and solution alignment.
What You'll Do
- Generate leads and qualify prospects in the tech-retail segment
- Conduct product demos, solution walkthroughs, and identify gaps in client operations
- Document the Problem Statement clearly – align Tagway's solution to actual business pain points
- Manage sales pipeline through CRM – from lead qualification to closure
- Perform stakeholder mapping and navigate decision hierarchies within retail chains
- Work closely with the solution design and delivery teams for customization Draft and present proposals
- conduct ROI discussions, and drive negotiations
- Ensure smooth handover to operations post-sales closure
- Report weekly performance and forecast revenue contribution
You’ll Succeed If You Have
2–6 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in retail tech / SaaS / POS / RFID / ERP)Proven ability to handle solution selling – not just price-based pitchExperience in selling to retailers, franchisees, or multi-store brands Hands-on experience in documenting problem statements and conducting sales discoveryFamiliarity with CRM tools and maintaining structured pipeline updatesStrong communication and presentation skillsA curious mindset with a passion for solving customer pain points Ability to travel as required to client locations
