Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet customers when they walk through the door
• Ask customers what they are looking for and show them relevant products
• Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
• Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order
• Upsell extra items when appropriate
• Maintain Store display and follow the VM standards
• Following all the SOPs
• Driving the store and individual targets

Pre requisites :

Good command in both spoken and written English.

Should have pleasing personality.

Excellent guest service skill.

Good knowledge of Sales.

Education :

Pursuing graduation / Graduate in any field or related experience in Sales / Retail field. Familiar with Point of sale systems, MS office, etc.
