1. Role : Senior Analyst

2. Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation (with good academic scores)

3. Experience : 3 - 5 years

4. Location : Mumbai (Hybrid / Remote)

5. RM : P&L Head

6. Candidate Industry : Automotive, Engineering, Construction, Chemicals & Plastics, Engineering, Metals, Biotech, Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer Goods.

Responsibilities :

a) Liaise with clients to define report requirements and collaborate with internal and client team to develop and deliver bulletins, databases, insights in PPT, Word and PBI report / dashboard format.

b) Conduct industry research, filter and identify key events in the metals & mining industry and macro-economic environment to develop high frequency bulletins for client-use.

c) Conduct telephonic and field interviews with industry stakeholders

d) Perform in-depth secondary research using credible databases and reports

e) Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights

f) Prepare well structured, insight-driven reports and executive summaries for clients

h) Participate in client meetings and calls to understand requirements and present deliverables

g) Guide junior analysts in research data collection and analysis Analyzing global iron ore and steel industry for long and short-term iron ore supply and demand forecast

i) Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets

j) Extreme attention to detail to ensure error-free and timely delivery of reports.

Personal Attributes :

1. Preferred background could be Engineering / Statistics or BMS / BBA + MBA

2. Ability to work against tight goals & deadlines.

3. Ability to work on unstructured projects somewhat independently.

4. Strong communication & persuasion skills—confidence is key

5. Strong analytical skillset with ability to interpret & aggregate a range of requirements and articulate business objectives

6. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

7. High level of flexibility with ability to readily adapt to change with eagerness to learn new concepts, tools, and techniques.

8. Candidate should be open to travel (Domestic and International Travel)
