Assembly Operations :Perform tasks such as electronic component placement, manual / automated soldering, and basic product testing.Quality Control :Monitor assembly processes and perform visual / functional inspections to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.Troubleshooting :Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues or malfunctions during the assembly process to minimize downtime and rework.Maintenance :Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assembly tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.Documentation :Accurately record production data, assembly steps, test outcomes, and quality metrics as per standard operating procedures.Collaboration :Coordinate with production team members and engineers to improve assembly workflows and overall process efficiency.Safety Compliance :Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience :
- Prior experience in electronics assembly or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in assembly techniques and use of tools.
- Familiarity with soldering practices (manual or reflow).
- Ability to interpret assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Understanding of basic electronics components and functionality.

- Kaizen : Principles of continuous improvement.
- Poka Yoke : Error-proofing techniques to reduce assembly defects.
