Job Title : Infrastructure Specialist – System Administration

Requirement Details

Experience Required : 1 - 7 yrs

Mandatory Skills

Red Hat OpenShift Administration (installation, configuration, backup & monitoring)
Red Hat Linux OS Management (patching, troubleshooting, vulnerability remediation)
Incident Management : Troubleshooting, resolution, and RCA creation for high-priority incidents in OpenShift / Linux
Automation & IaC : Ansible (automation engine), Terraform (infrastructure as code)
Cloud Experience : IBM Cloud support (preferred)
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – mandatory for coordination with US-based architects & customer teams

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage OpenShift and Linux environments including backup, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Perform OS patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.

Provide incident response & RCA documentation for high-severity issues.

Collaborate with US-based customers, architects, and global teams for project delivery.

Implement and support automation solutions using Ansible.

Deploy and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.

Support IBM Cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Ensure adherence to compliance and security standards.
