SAP Inhouse Consultant SAP Basis Monitoring

As an SAP Inhouse Consultant you will be part of our global SAP Team, supporting, developing

and rolling out our global SAP S / 4HANA template.

As our new consultant your tasks will include :

• Responsible for Monitoring SAP scheduled Jobs 24x7. Identifies and documents Issues according to pre-described Service or Operational Level Agreements.
• Provides basic Resolution or escalates as appropriate following Workflow Processes and Guidelines.
• Primarily responsible for System Monitoring, Escalation, and Execution of predefined Checklist Analysis for Performance and Availability of the SAP Systems in Scope
• Logs incident tickets to ensure that any Issues with central Systems, scheduled Jobs, and
• Reports are correctly handled and escalated to the appropriate Support Teams
• Performs Customer Coordination regarding locking Issues and long-running Jobs that affect the daily Reporting
• Understanding of SAP Performance Management Systems
• Project support during the technical implementation by customizing the business processes on a global level including the implementation of IT integration tests
• Practical experience in the development of customer-specific interfaces using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI)
• Configuration, development and monitoring of cloud-based and on-premises interfaces based on the SAP Cloud Platform (focus : SAP CPI)
• Collaboration with the external and internal Team Members
• Consulting business processes in close cooperation with relevant departments, keeping the big picture in mind
• Development of integrative solutions
• Participation in national and international projects
• Practice-oriented knowledge enhancement within the area of S / 4HANA
• Preparation of documentation and training materials
