Job descriptionAdobe Premiere Pro (primary editing) Adobe After Effects (graphics, animations, dynamic titles, effects) Adobe Photoshop (thumbnails, frames, product shots) Adobe Audition (basic sound cleanup) Basic color grading & LUT management Working knowledge of DaVinci / Figma is a plus Ability to work in high-speed production cycles Deliver multiple edits daily (5–15 variations depending on complexity) Rapidly convert feedback into updated versions Maintain organized timelines, project files & backup structure Understand hooks, pacing, storytelling, and user psychology Help improve script direction and shot ideas Recommend new video formats based on trending ads Convert raw footage into high-CTR videos A / B test different hooks, titles, fonts, and effects Understand ad metrics enough to improve content (CTR, CPV, CPAs) Work closely with founder / marketing team daily Maintain a high level of communication & responsiveness Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects Ability to create fast-paced, engaging cuts Expertise in subtitles (kinetic typography preferred) Strong sense of timing, pacing & storytelling Understanding of D2C ad style (beauty, wellness, fitness, pooja products, digital products) Ability to produce multiple versions fast Creative problem-solving & willingness to experiment 10–20 high-quality video variations per week Completion of most edits within 24–36 hours Maintain 90%+ output accuracy based on given brand guidelines Deliver video ads that consistently improve CTR & CPC numbers

- Create short-form Meta / Google / Amazon ads optimized for CTR & conversions
- Build multiple variations quickly—hooks, cuts, subtitles, overlays, transitions
- Maintain brand tone, pacing, and storytelling style
