Reports to : Program Manager

Work Model : Work from Office (WFO) – Chandigarh

Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST

Must-Haves :

3+ years in DevOps, scripting, or workflow automation
Proficiency in Python and PowerShell
Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data.
Ability to design and debug end-to-end automations
Experience with Git, CI / CD, and observability tools
Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, or Tines.
Basic understanding of LLMs, prompts, and embeddings
Clear communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-Haves :

Prompt engineering, LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, OpenDevin

Vector databases and RAG pipelines

MSP / RMM / PSA tools like ConnectWise, Datto, or Kaseya

Mentoring, documentation, knowledge-sharing

Error handling, fallback logic, and observability design
