Job descriptionYou meet all mandatory requirements above. You have a proven record of managing complex, client-facing projects . You are proactive, structured, and passionate about delivery excellence . Partner with customers to build strong, trust-based relationships and act as a coach and advocate. Understand client business objectives, priorities, and challenges to drive successful outcomes. Plan, manage, and deliver projects using Agile and standard PM practices. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage risks, dependencies, and changes. Ensure seamless handover from Sales to Delivery during project initiation. Track and report project progress to stakeholders through clear, concise communication. Manage internal team expectations, ensuring clarity of scope, roles, and success metrics. Collaborate across regions (India, US, Europe) for consistent delivery and knowledge transfer. Identify process improvement and account growth opportunities. 10+ years of experience managing mid to large-scale IT or cloud transformation projects . Proven experience in professional services / client delivery environments . Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Project Management methodologies . Solid experience with project planning, stakeholder communication, and budget management . Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and coordination skills. Background in engineering, software delivery, or product management preferred. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.). Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM . Experience with career management or coaching team members . Exposure to cloud, digital transformation, or modernization projects .
