Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Varanasi for a Digital Marketing Trainer. The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs, conducting workshops, and providing hands-on guidance on various digital marketing concepts. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, mentoring trainees, assessing their progress, and staying updated with the latest marketing trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and comprehensive.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and training skills
• Experience in marketing and social media marketing
• Ability to work closely with sales teams to integrate digital marketing concepts
• Proven track record in mentoring and guiding trainees
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Varanasi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
