Manage the end-to-end booking lifecycle, from initial inquiry to service completion.
Address all customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Process payments and manage scheduling logistics efficiently
Manage the roster and daily schedules of our qualified priests.
Serve as the primary point of contact for priests, ensuring they have all necessary information, logistics, and supplies for each service.
Onboard new priests and maintain strong, professional relationships with the existing network.
Oversee the technical setup and operation of our virtual streaming services for remote rituals.
Ensure smooth and high-quality audio / visual delivery for all virtual events.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve any minor technical issues related to streaming platforms or equipment.
Excellent command of both English and Tamil (written and verbal) is essential for effective customer and priest coordination.
Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous bookings, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic working knowledge and comfort with virtual streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, and YouTube Live) and digital tools required for seamless ritual delivery.
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude typical of startup environments .
