Before NIMS Hospital's establishment, the local population relied on government medical institutions with limited facilities and had to travel over 80 Kms to reach a multispecialty hospital in Calicut or Coimbatore for advanced care.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager of Operations at NIMS Hospital, located in Malappuram. The Deputy Manager of Operations will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient hospital workflows, manage staff, coordinate with various departments, and implement policies to enhance patient care. Responsibilities will include supervising administrative tasks, improving operational processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills
• Ability to manage daily operations, including workflow optimization and staff coordination
• Experience in policy implementation, operational process improvement, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Relevant healthcare management experience and familiarity with hospital operations
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Masters degree or additional certifications in healthcare management would be beneficial
