About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Technology to lead a dynamic team of engineers in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, and AWS , along with strong leadership capabilities to manage teams, stakeholders , and complex project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous technical growth.
• Well versed in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, and AWS.
• Review code, resolve technical challenges, and provide hands-on guidance to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide estimations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills
• Experience in stakeholder management, project estimation, and technical reviews .
• Drive best practices in software development, including CI / CD, testing, and code quality.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively.
• BFSI domain experience is a strong plus.
