Job Title : Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO)

Location : Mumbai

CTC : ₹1 Cr+ (plus ESOPs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) to lead technology, product strategy, and innovation for a fast-scaling eCommerce / D2C business. This leader will be responsible for building platforms from scratch, driving product-market fit, and scaling solutions to deliver superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the technology & product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Build, test, and scale customer-facing platforms ensuring best-in-class usability and performance.
• Lead product design, development, and user testing to continuously improve CX.
• Implement scalable tech architecture to support high-growth eCommerce / D2C business.
• Drive innovation in product features, digital experience, and automation.
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate closely with Founders, Marketing, and Business Heads for growth initiatives.
