Lead marketing and growth-focused products for peer-to-peer commerce initiatives. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven product strategies and experiments using tools like Clevertap or MoEngage.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the product roadmap for peer-to-peer selling and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data teams to design and implement growth experiments.
- Build dashboards and reporting to measure campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Drive seamless integrations with customer and seller applications to enhance adoption and retention.
- Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and optimize growth outcomes.
Requirements :
Strong generalist product management skills with proficiency in data analytics.Experience in mobile app and backend product development.Prior experience in e-commerce or growth-focused product roles is preferred.B.Tech and MBA preferred.Core Skills :
