Job descriptionBachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Additional certifications in BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD MEP Certification in BIM Management or equivalent Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Real Estate industry Proven track record of successfully managing structural design projects
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination efforts for structural elements within BIM models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and analyze structural drawings and models to identify clashes and conflicts, providing timely resolutions
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols specific to structural components
- Conduct clash detection tests and coordinate clash resolution meetings with stakeholders
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members on BIM software and processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to enhance project delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and codes related to structural design and BIM implementation
