Job Title : Talent Acquisition Intern

Location : Remote

Stipend : Paid

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements

Conduct initial telephonic screenings

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Support employer branding and job posting activities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles

Work closely with the TA team on daily hiring tasks and recruitment drives

Desired Skills & Qualification

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related field)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

Good time management and multitasking ability

Familiarity with MS Office and job portals is a plus

Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment
