Position : ServiceNow Specialist
Experience : 4 to 6 years
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist with strong expertise in configuring, developing, and delivering robust ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform features, secure operations, exception handling, and the ability to design scalable solutions that align with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on secure operations and efficient exception handling.
- Drive the adoption of technology-based tools and methods to enhance monitoring, management, and service reliability.
- Define architecture and solution design elements, including data / object models, workflow diagrams, and access control structures.
- Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and UI mock-ups, while actively driving project success.
- Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including use case design, workflow configurations, customizations, and deployments.
- Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to teams on complex configurations.
- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and provide guidance to resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to design solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Support pre-sales activities through technical expertise and solution recommendations.

Must-Have :
4–6 years of ServiceNow implementation experience across modules such as IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM.Strong expertise in workflow design, APIs, web services, and integrations.Hands-on skills with Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, and migration processes.Proven delivery of at least 2–3 end-to-end projects (requirement gathering to go-live).ServiceNow platform management experience (deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting).Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to work across geographies.Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).Good-to-Have :
