Job Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant position at Gamut HR Solutions is a full-time role located in Hyderabad. We seek a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of experience. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and complete complex tasks independently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of minimum 7 years in an executive or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in calendar management for senior executives (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in travel coordination, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in document preparation and able to produce high-quality reports and presentations (Mandatory skill).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace for collaborative working environments and document sharing.
- Ability to plan and organize events, including logistical details and vendor coordination.
- Experience in expense reporting and budget tracking with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the executive.Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with precision.Organize travel arrangements, including itinerary preparation and travel logistics.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Conduct research and compile data as required for meetings and presentations.Organize and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.Track and process employee expenses, ensuring timely approvals and reimbursements.Implement and maintain administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
