Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at AR Tech Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our technology-driven solutions in the Food & Beverage Industry . This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable technology solutions (software / hardware) offered by AR Tech Solutions.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical & support) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in Food & Beverage / IT Solutions / FMCG).Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technical knowledge.Willingness to travel as per business needs.Key Skills
