Position Title : Manager Engineering

Job Description :

Roles & responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage and coach your team of ServiceNow developers and engineers, developing top talent and creating an attractive proposition for employees and external hires.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
  • Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, and release management practices.
  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security through best practices and governance.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely delivery.
  • Navigate and communicate seamlessly across organizational, technical, and political domains, demonstrating a deep understanding of context, stakeholder dynamics, and strategic priorities
  • Serve as a voice for the team, clearly communicating its purpose and value to cultivate trust and organizational alignment
  • Know how to successfully react and respond to challenges.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Think strategically and proactively anticipate future problems, needs or changes in the work
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM (ie. ITOM, Vuln Response, App Engine)

Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in ITSM with at least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.
  • Familiarity with CMDB design and discovery tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Skills Required :
  • ServiceNow
  • ITSM, ITBM, ITOM or any other Module
  • Frontend technologies - AngularJS
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • 2+ Team handling / Managerial exp
  • Familiarity with CMDB design and discovery tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
