We're looking for an experienced Data Product Owner to lead our global Candidate & Recruiting Data Product Portfolio . In this role, you’ll define the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products that power hiring insights, analytics, and operational excellence across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Candidate & Recruiting Data Products
- Work closely with HR, BI&A, Finance, and Data Governance teams to understand data needs
- Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
- Ensure data consistency and integration with enterprise datasets (Worker 360, Client 360, etc.)
- Lead a cross-functional squad (8–10 FTEs) to deliver high-quality data products
- Track KPIs, manage risks, and ensure sustainable product performance
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in Data Product Ownership / Data ManagementStrong understanding of recruiting & candidate data (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Onboarding)Experience with HRMS / ATS systems (Workday, iCIMS, SAP / Oracle, Eightfold.Ai)Knowledge of modern data tech (Snowflake etc.)Excellent communication & stakeholder management skillsAgile Product Owner certification (preferred)
