Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager based in Coimbatore South. The Salon Manager will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, provide excellent customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain inventory. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments, hiring and training new employees, and handling client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Skills in Cosmetology and Hair Care
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in Hiring and Training staff
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous management experience in a salon or similar setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications in Cosmetology or Hair Care preferred
