We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic IT Operations Team. This pivotal role requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills, as you will be the key liaison between our internal customers—our employees—and our technical teams. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide support and maintenance for SAP applications, focusing on SAP CRM / SAP Marketing solutions and other services that enable using customer’s data in client retention and marketing processes
• Monitor application performance and ensure uninterrupted service delivery to internal users.
• Handle incident and change management, responding promptly to user-reported issues and requests for enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions for non-technical colleagues to facilitate their understanding and effective use of CRM tools.
• Collaborate with product teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving continuous improvement.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess the effectiveness of current processes.
• Utilize your knowledge of e-mail marketing tools and CRM applications to support marketing initiatives and customer retention efforts.
• Challenge the status quo to identify opportunities for innovation and improved efficiency within the team.
