Job descriptionDesign and build responsive, production-ready websites using Figma Translate briefs and brand identities into polished digital experiences Collaborate directly with the founder and creative team Ensure consistency, performance, and responsiveness across all breakpoints Contribute ideas to improve design quality, user experience, and workflow Fully own projects end-to-end Strong proficiency in Figma A portfolio showcasing your best Web Design works (not just any example) Deep understanding of layout, spacing, typography Attention to detail and pride in clean, functional design Ability to work from the founder’s residence full-time Clear communication and the ability to take initiative Experience with development in Framer Background in branding, UI / UX, or digital product design Interest in startups, SaaS, or creative tech ₹40,000–₹80,000 / month, based on experience and skill On-site setup with a collaborative, focused work environment Opportunity to work on premium, high-impact projects Daily mentorship and close collaboration with the founder If you love building beautiful, interactive websites and want to work hands-on in a focused, high-ownership environment — we’d love to meet you.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at the founder’s residence. You'll be responsible for designing websites directly in Figma. We’re looking for someone who brings both creative vision and fully own projects end-to-end with perfection.
