• Responsibilities
• SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration : Lead and execute full life cycle SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Business Process Analysis : Conduct detailed analysis of finance and accounting business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization within the SAP environment.
• Module Expertise : Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FICO, with significant experience in core modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and proficiency in related areas such as Treasury (TR / CM / LSM) and Taxation.
• Cross-Functional Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM) to ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other enterprise systems.
• Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and act as the primary liaison between the business and technical development teams.
• Solution Design : Design and document detailed functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, and reports.
• Training & Support : Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure system adoption and stability.
