Compliance Lead

We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to lead the compliance function at a fast-growing, tech-driven NBFC. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and can build and scale robust compliance systems from the ground up.

Location : Bangalore and Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end compliance across RBI regulations, reporting, and audits

Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors

Develop internal compliance processes, policies, and training programs

Work closely with business, credit, legal, and product teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update internal systems and controls

What We’re Looking For

6–10 years of experience in NBFC or BFSI compliance roles

Deep understanding of RBI norms, NBFC regulatory framework, and compliance operations

Proven ability to manage regulatory inspections and external audits

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work independently and build the function ground up
