Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
Use a variety of recruitment methods to identify and source top talent, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates and evaluate their qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including negotiating salaries, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.
Collaborate with other members of the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes that support the overall goals of the organization.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
