Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will play a key role in promoting products / services, developing sales strategies, and achieving targets in line with company objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
Identify new business opportunities and customer prospects
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials
Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing initiatives
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce or related field

1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

Qualifications & Skills

Strong verbal and written communication

Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and MS Office (preferred)
