Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and sales orders in CRM (Salesforce / MS D365).
- Track inquiries, margins, approvals, and ensure timely order execution.
- Process purchase requests, invoices, and related documentation.
- Be the main contact for customers on order status and updates.
- Manage customer / supplier accounts, payments, and collections.
- Handle warranty certificates, vendor forms, and compliance documentation.
- Confirm stock, pricing, and delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics for smooth dispatch.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and ETAs.
- Work with accounts / credit control for payments and petty cash claims.
- Prepare weekly / monthly sales and operational reports.
- Assist service team with AMC / service orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication across departments.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business / finance or related field.2–4 years' experience in sales coordination or support (preferably trading / industrial sector).Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce / MS D365) and MS Office.Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.Knowledge of entire sales process / activitiesSkills Required
