Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title : Quality Analyst Location : Mohali

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional project teams to validate product quality, ensure seamless functionality, and uphold organizational quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to meet product objectives.

Implement and monitor automated & manual test scripts to assess performance, reliability, and functionality.

Understand test scenarios and automate regression test cases.

Perform sanity testing during each deployment and escalate any defects.

Investigate and troubleshoot product issues from a quality perspective.

Provide clear and timely test status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Essential Skills :

4+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role.

Automation Testing expertise (Must-Have)

Knowledge of QA tools, databases & test automation frameworks.

Selenium & Tosca scripting experience (Added Advantage)

Strong analytical, problem-solving & documentation skills.

Meticulous attention to detail with excellent communication skills.

Proven experience in quality inspection, auditing & testing.
