Machine Vision Engineer - Camera Systems

Key Responsibilities & Job Profile :

• Requirements Analysis & Concept Creation : Analyze customer and internal camera application requirements. Create detailed concepts for complex measurement, inspection, and control tasks implemented on our manufacturing machines.
• Application Development & Commissioning : Lead the development and commissioning of camera applications, both in-house during the machine build phase and on-site at customer locations.
• Feasibility & Design : Implement and document thorough feasibility studies. Design the necessary system components in our in-house evaluation laboratory specifically for image processing tasks.
• Custom Function Expansion : Develop customer-specific function expansions and software enhancements using high-level programming languages, primarily VB.Net and C# .Net.
• Documentation : Create comprehensive requirement and design specifications for new vision systems and modifications.
• Problem Analysis & Troubleshooting : Conduct expert problem analysis and troubleshooting of existing vision systems, providing support via remote access or on-site visits when necessary.
