Role Description
This is a full-time on-site and
Hybrid
role for a Senior Manager Sales in the Infrastructure Division at Renuka Equipments Pvt Ltd, located in Nagpur. The Sr. Manager Sales will be responsible for developing new clients in civil works and Steel structural fabrication and erection work and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing client relationships in the infrastructure sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Additionally, the selected candidate will monitor market trends, provide forecasts, and lead a high-performing sales team to drive growth in the division. Target sectors are Steel, Power, Cement, Infrastructure, Metro, Railways etc.
Qualifications
Proven sales expertise in the infrastructure or related industries, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in business development, deal negotiation, and client relationship management
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work on-site in Nagpur
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
