🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Architect and scale backend systems powering our AI-driven finance platform
  • Build APIs and services using Python (FastAPI / Flask)
  • Solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems
  • Deliver features from 0 → 1 in collaboration with the founders
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and audit compliance

    • ✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years backend software engineering experience
  • Strong builder / founder mindset – ideally ex-founder / CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI / Flask)
  • Top-tier university background (IITs preferred)
  • Clear motivation for a high-impact role

    • Nice-to-have : Experience in fintech, ERP / accounting systems, or AI infra
