- Dealer / Customer Connect : Domestic & Export Market
- Scrutinise daily claims / tech webs, Initial Investigation & escalation o Field & Supplier visits for analysis : Hydraulics / Electrical Troubleshooting
- Root Cause Analysis, Driving Reliability Improvement Projects
- Process / Product Audit o Driving Warranty cost reduction projects o Closure effectiveness monitoring o Warranty part attribution (ASD) & Supplier Cost recovery
- Warranty data analysis, Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS generation;
Early Warning Signals oWarranty Prediction o QASI / IMS document updating
New Product Launch : Risk Assessment / Carry-over issue resolution
