Job Summary :

We are seeking an enthusiastic US HR Associate with 0 to 6 years of experience to join our team and contribute to our staffing operations. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process, help coordinate interviews, support onboarding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your HR skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on U.S. staffing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Job Posting & Sourcing
• Post job openings on various job boards, company career sites, and social media.
• Actively source potential candidates using job boards and resume databases (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Assist in screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates.
• Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Send interview reminders and follow-up communications.
• Onboarding & New Hire Support
• Support onboarding processes, including paperwork and background checks.
• Assist in organizing and conducting new hire orientation.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
• Assist in preparing and managing employee files and HR documentation.
• Employee Relations Support
• Respond to general employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Address routine HR-related issues and escalate more complex concerns to senior HR staff.
• Process Improvement
• Identify areas for improvement in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to streamline HR functions and enhance candidate experience.
