Title : Customer Success Engineer
Location : Gurugram
Engagement : Full-time
Compensation : ₹ 4–8 LPA
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Work with customers to understand how their processes run
- Configure and set up voice agents based on those workflows
- Support customer onboarding, testing, and go-live
- Run demos, training, and product walkthroughs
- Track agent performance and suggest improvements
- Document playbooks and best practices
- Coordinate closely with product and engineering to solve real issues
⚙️ What You Bring
0–2 years experience in Customer Success, Product, Consulting, Operations or similar rolesStrong communication and confidence in working with customersAbility to understand workflows / logic and break down stepsComfortable learning new tools and figuring things outOwnership mindset : don’t wait to be told what to doCuriosity to understand the product and how customers actually use it(Technical background not required, but willingness to learn is a must.)
