Accounting Assistant

Job Title : Accounting Executive – Full Time (Work From Home)

Location : Remote (Work From Home)

Timings : 6 : 30 AM to 2 : 30 PM IST (Australian Working Hours)

Salary : ₹30,000 per month

Role : Full time

About Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting operations, strong understanding of receipting and debtor collections, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting operations including receipting, debtor follow-ups, and collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updates in Microsoft Business Central .
• Prepare and reconcile customer statements, receipts, and payment reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
