Digital Transformation Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools and technologies to drive business insights and process improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and support digital transformation initiatives through AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to B2C eCommerce and retail operations.
• Translate business needs into detailed, clear, and actionable functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and developers to ensure seamless delivery of features across mobile and web platforms.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and platform performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Drive the development and enhancement of features such as product catalog, shopping cart, checkout, payment gateway, loyalty programs, and personalized user experiences.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to benchmark and recommend improvements.
• Validate solutions through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-launch reviews.
• Support change management and training initiatives during new feature rollouts.
