Azure Data Engineer

Role : Azure Data Engineer / Data Platform Engineer

Experience : 8–10 Years

Location : PAN India

Max Notice Period : 30 Days

Interview Process : Virtual Process

Required Technical Skills

Primary : Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB)

Secondary : SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

Strong expertise in Azure Data Engineering & ETL Concepts

Hands-on experience with PySpark, Delta Lake, Data Lake / Lakehouse Architecture

Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI / CD Pipelines

Strong SQL and performance tuning skills

Experience working with large-scale data pipelines and batch processing

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using ADF & Databricks

Implement data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows

Optimize data performance and storage using Delta Lake and Databricks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of pipeline issues

Ensure data security, scalability, and performance best practices

Work on Azure cloud-based modern data platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in BFSI or Insurance domain

Exposure to Azure Synapse or Azure Data Lake Gen2

Knowledge of Python or Spark SQL scripting

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
