The Opportunity

Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Invoicing

Record and pass day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.

Prepare and raise sales invoices accurately and timely.

2. Accounts Payables

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely verifying compliance with financial policies and contractual obligations.

Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues and discrepancies promptly.

Maintain AP records and ensure timely payments while adhering to cash flow management practices.

3. Financial Operations

Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR and AP.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and automation initiatives.

Assist in GST filings Income Tax workings and related compliance.

Requirements

Education : with CA Inter

Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel .

Strong understanding of accounting principles GST and Income Tax compliance.

Must have good communication and excel skills

Hands-on experience with audits and schedule preparation.

Self Starter & ability to work under tight deadlines
