Job Title: IT Recruiter (1 Year Experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.
• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and screening methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for IT roles such as Software Developers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, etc.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms.
