Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise across Goal Management, Performance Management, Learning Cloud (Learn), ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Talent, and other core HCM modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional ownership, end-to-end implementation experience, and the ability to lead client-facing workshops, configuration, and solution design across multiple HCM Cloud modules.

This is a client-interactive role requiring excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and the flexibility to support global time zones.
