We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and help shape the future of healthcare through innovation and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive early-stage evaluation of new product opportunities with cross-functional teams, turning data into actionable insights

Build a strong product pipeline by identifying new molecules via in-house R&D or partnerships with domestic & global players

Recommend and implement effective pricing strategies to enhance profitability

Lead market entry strategies across new geographies, products, and therapeutic areas

Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and business support

Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams for successful product launches

Manage agreement negotiations, due diligence, and execution for key business projects

Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for senior leadership

Track competitive developments and define strategies to maintain a strong market edge

What We’re Looking For

• ️ Strong experience in product strategy, business development, or related fields
• ️ Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects
• ️ A strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
