Workfall is a new age Premium Talent Tech Platform, looking for energetic and self-motivated interns to join our inspiring & growing Business Development Team.

Eligibility : Anyone willing to work hard and learn about business development

Work Location : Remote

Duration : 2 Months

Stipend : Unpaid

Learning Opportunities :

During internship, interns will be mentored by the senior management team and will learn :

  • Importance of Business Development
  • Techniques and tools that help in generation of leads.
  • Grooming on relationship building
  • Time management and multitasking
  • How to work in collaborative environment
  • Objection handling.

As part of this internship, interns will get learning opportunities in all areas of Business Development. To be successful as a Business Development Intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding Business Development Interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

What interns will be doing during the internship :

  • Conduct extensive market research and identifying business opportunities (Research and generate lists of potential customers)
  • Generate lists of potential customers through various means including online research, , and other databases.
  • Managing a client’s portfolio.
  • Updating documents and records.
  • Identifying new development channels.
  • Promoting the company and its product / service.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation.
  • Follow up on leads and set up meetings or calls with potential clients
