The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, overseeing machining operations, and ensuring precision milling and programming. The Shift Incharge aspect includes supervising shift operations, maintaining production quality, and troubleshooting technical issues on the shop floor. Qualifications Experience with CNC Programming and MachiningProficiency in interpreting Technical DrawingsStrong skills in Programming specific to computer numerical control (CNC) systemsStrong problem-solving and supervisory skillsAbility to manage shift operations effectivelyRelevant certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Programming, or related fieldPrior experience in a manufacturing or production setup is a plus
