Learning And Development Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced L&D Partner with a 5 to 10 years of experience to join a growing Global Healthcare Consulting Firm in Pune-Hinjewadi (hybrid role-4 days from office 11 am to 8 PM)

This is a crucial role for a newly established L&D function, responsible for designing and executing the organization’s learning strategy to strengthen capabilities across all levels.

This full-scope L&D position requires specific expertise in Training Needs Identification (TNI), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and the creation of a comprehensive training calendar.

Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting thorough training needs analysis.
• Developing and implementing the annual learning plan.
• Managing both internal and external training programs.
• Evaluating training effectiveness.
• Developing leadership pipelines and promoting continuous, self-paced learning.
• Fostering a strong learning culture aligned with key business goals.

We are looking for a self-driven candidate with proven experience managing a portfolio that emphasizes an 80 / 20 split between technical and behavioral training.
