Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Rust and Generative AI / ML technologies. You will engineer high-performance scalable applications integrate LLMs and AI models and collaborate closely with Data Science and ML Ops teams to bring intelligent features to life.

Responsibilities

Design and implement full-stack AI-driven features and applications.

Build scalable and maintainable systems using Rust (backend) and React (frontend).

Develop fine-tune and operationalize AI / ML and GenAI models tailored to business cases.

Integrate AWS LLMs APIs RAG pipelines vector databases and inference services.

Work with Data Scientists & ML Ops to deploy and monitor models in production.

Optimize application performance latency scalability and security.

Maintain high code quality through testing debugging and documentation.

Participate in Agile CI / CD workflows (GitHub Actions SonarQube).

Required Skills

Rust Strong hands-on experience (Mandatory)

Hands-on experience with AI / ML / GenAI frameworks (OpenAI Claude Gemini LangChain RAG Vector DBs)

Experience in AWS containerization (Docker) CI / CD load balancing

Strong understanding of microservices RESTful APIs and cloud-based deployments

Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices

Preferred (Good to Have) : Background in compiler design virtual machines or language tooling. What You Can Expect From Us
