Retail Expansion Project Lead

As a Project Manager - Retail , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing new store launches and retail expansion projects from site acquisition to store handover. Ensures timely delivery, cost optimization, and adherence to brand design & quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of new store opening projects (Layout → BOQ → Execution → Handover).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Operations, and Finance) to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Work with vendors, contractors, and consultants for project execution and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and cost estimations;

track project progress vs. schedule.
